Please give a brief description of your booth products/display.  A photo of your exhibit would be appreciated, but not mandatory.

1) Booths will receive assigned space upon arrival the day of the festival.  2) If you plan to sell food, you must contact the Chilton County Health Dept. & apply for a food permit (unless you already have one).  3) Booth/vendors are responsible for setting up & supplying their merchandise, tables, chairs & equipment.  You must supply your own extension chords.  4) There will be no vehicles allowed in the booth area unless the operation of the booth must depend upon the vehicle.  Parking is available nearby.  5) Set up time is between 7am & 9am the day of the festival.  All booths should be open by 9am.  Any booth that remains open until 2pm WILL RECEIVE A $10.00 REFUND WITH THE PRESENTATION OF RECEIPT AT THE PAVILION - YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR RECEIPT!!  6) Electricity is available upon request & additional payment - limited amps available, plan to bring your own generator for high amperage use.  7) The festival will be held in the Richard H. Wood Park (across the street from Thorsby High School).  8) ALL booth spaces are available for a fee, there will be no free spaces to any group, organization or individual. 9) NO REFUNDS IF YOU FAIL TO SHOW UP FOR THE FESTIVAL!
